Eligibility Criteria:
- Chief of Flight Safety
- A broad aviation or technical education.
- Sound knowledge of commercial flight operations and procedures.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft accident/incident investigation, safety audits, and accident prevention work.
- Experience as a flight crew member (preferably on AAI-operated aircraft) or as an aviation engineer is desirable.
- Strong written communication, presentation, interpersonal interaction, computer literacy, and organizational skills.
- Safety Manager
- Technical background with a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in aviation.
- At least 3 years of experience in safety management, quality management, or related aviation fields.
- Training in Safety Management Systems (as per DGCA CAR regulations).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Selection Process:
